Brandon Puhlman has over two decades of experience spanning military service, civilian roles, and law enforcement. A combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and Army, Brandon later served as a civilian project manager in the U.S. Navy before becoming an undercover narcotics detective with the Sandy Springs Police Department. Throughout his career, he witnessed firsthand the technological gaps in vehicle tracking, real-time data sharing, and officer safety that hindered law enforcement efforts. His diverse experience inspired him to create Bravo Foxtrot, where he now leads the development of advanced solutions to enhance law enforcement capabilities and officer safety.

Brandon Payne brings over 20 years of operational experience spanning both civilian and military sectors. In both the private and public sectors, he has led high-impact initiatives across operations, service delivery, product development, and program management. In parallel, Brandon is a combat veteran and U.S. Naval Officer, currently serving as a Strike Targeting Department Head at the Naval Aviation Warfare Development Center (NAWDC), where he provides expert targeting guidance to combatant commands, special operations forces, and numbered fleets around the globe.

This unique blend of corporate and military leadership enables Brandon to operate with precision, agility, and strategic clarity. He is known for driving complex product portfolios, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Whether in the boardroom or in the battlespace, Brandon keeps a mission-first mindset, a commitment to execution, and a strong desire to lead operations.

Carly Simenauer brings over a decade of experience in management consulting, design, and product development. After spending three years working on AI/ML projects at IBM, Carly left Corporate America to start a tech company in the MarTech/FemTech space, where she could drive real change through product innovation. She is passionate about building experiences that drive true impact and working across teams and with customers directly to bring meaningful platforms to life.

Stephen Lewis is a military veteran, former Army officer, and seasoned law enforcement professional with 25 years of experience, including two decades in Federal Law Enforcement. He retired in 2022 after a distinguished career with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), where he specialized in conducting complex criminal investigations.

Throughout his career, Stephen has focused on counterterrorism and national security, playing a critical role in safeguarding the United States against evolving threats. His expertise extends to investigating and combating human trafficking, child exploitation, counter-proliferation, narcotics smuggling, and other transnational crimes.

As a founding member (plank holder) of HSI's National Security Liaison program, Stephen collaborated extensively with national security partners and the U.S. Intelligence Community. In this capacity, he worked closely with the Government and private sector to establish a network of stakeholders focused on national security.

Stephen's private sector experience includes business development focused on the Government sector.  Stephen also serves on the Board of Directors for Safepath Child Advocacy Center and is an advisor on human trafficking with the State Expert Committee, Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.

Stephen's dedication to protecting communities and upholding justice underscores his legacy of service, characterized by integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to national and public safety.

Hailey is an experienced sales executive with a unique background in law enforcement. Having served as a police officer, Hailey gained firsthand insight into the challenges law enforcement professionals face daily. After transitioning into an Account Executive Role, Hailey developed a passion for finding innovative solutions to drive efficiency and improve outcomes. In this role, Hailey works closely with agencies to enhance officer safety, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency through cutting-edge solutions. Hailey's goal is to provide law enforcement professionals with the tools they need to succeed, allowing them to focus on what matters most—protecting and serving their communities. With a deep commitment to public safety and continuous improvement, Hailey is dedicated to making a positive impact within the law enforcement sector.

Frank Esposito brings diverse law enforcement experience. With over 12 years as a Police Sergeant, Frank has served in various roles, including patrol officer, plain clothes street crimes detective, S.W.A.T. team leader, and certified explosive breacher. His profound expertise in law enforcement, leadership, and investigations, combined with a strong focus on technology, reassures police agencies that they are in capable hands to combat diverse criminal enterprises more effectively than ever. His first-hand knowledge of vehicle identification and predicting criminal behaviors are crucial to the company's foundation.

Cameron Erwin brings over twenty years of extensive experience in senior-level global security leadership across corporate and public sectors. Previously, as Deputy Director of Special Operations at Global Guardian, Cameron managed large international missions and developed strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. His background includes being a Project Manager in the African and Near East theater, with global expertise in physical security measures and Special Operations across multiple government agencies. Known for strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, Cameron is passionate about fostering collaboration and enhancing team performance.

John Weissgerber
With over two decades of service in both law enforcement and the U.S. Navy, John brings a wealth of tactical expertise, instructional leadership, and operational insight to his role as Director of Training. A retired Chief Petty Officer and veteran Police Academy Manager, John is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training initiatives that align law enforcement best practices with cutting-edge SaaS technology.

Prior to joining the private sector, John served as Academy Manager (Major) for the Georgia Public Safety Training Center, where he led police training operations across two North Georgia campuses. During his tenure, he developed and delivered instruction in firearms, defensive tactics, emergency vehicle operations, active shooter response, tactical medicine, and more—building training programs that shaped the next generation of officers.

Before transitioning into law enforcement, John completed a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Navy Reserve. As a Chief Petty Officer attached to Naval Special Warfare commands, he supported multiple combat deployments, including assignments with SEAL Team 18 and JSOC HUMINT operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Now, John leverages this breadth of experience to bridge the gap between real-world policing and modern technology. At Signal 8 Systems, he ensures that every training module is informed by operational credibility, field-tested strategies, and an unwavering commitment to officer readiness and public safety.
